Which year of engineering is the toughest?

Which year is the toughest? There is no toughest year in engineering. It's all about getting used to engineering life. When we go to 1st year, after the 12th , the system of engineering is very new (i.e the rules, college hours, new place, subjects, lectures, language).  We don't know much about the environment and how it works and it is not our comfort zone at first.  So, we tend to resist to new changes happening in our life. It becomes difficult to digest the new schedule and routine in college. And this is very normal and it is human tendency to resist. This happening take away focus from studies and shift it into life and adjusting to the new environment(automatically studies become second concern after peace of mind and studies score reduce). The subjects in the 1st year become difficult of it's new pattern of studying and writing answers, new methods of marks assessment, new engineering subjects, the system of internal and external exams.  The second year is...

5 things you should do every morning

When we wake up in the morning we're not thinking about a process we're trying to figure out how the he'll we're gonna get out from our bed to our jobs, in the most efficient least energy producing way possible. You need structure in your life because you're gonna notice how much better you feel and much more successful you're gonna be .

Stretch

First thing you should do as you're awake , stretch it out. Most of us , just stay curled in bed because they're just too lazy to move at this point. Fight that urge , jump out of bed and stretch out. This simple step can get your muscles all lossen up which gets the blood pumping. You improve your flexibility, improve your circulation and relieve some tension.

Drink a glass of water

Before drinking a cup of coffee, drink a glass of water. This is to hydrate your body because your body's pretty much been shut  for 7-8 hours sleeping and causing dehydration. The glass of water will help you wake up naturally without having to use coffee and get your metabolism started.

Make your bed

This probably seems to be a drag, you're probably thinking ,"Is anybody actually gonna see my bed?". Making your bed is one of the first steps you actually complete in your day which can sparkle a chain of reaction of other good benefits you're gonna start developing throughout the day.

Don't snooze

As soon as your alarm goes off, you should be up. Don't hot the snooze button for a few more minutes of sleep. If you hit the snooze button make yourself realize that you've already taken the first L of the day.

 Don't use your mobile

You've probably heard this a lot of times. When you wake up and immediately check your phone,  you are being bombarded with new emails, messages that causes anxiety and stress. In other words, throughout the day, we get distracted much quicker and mess up our productivity by checking our mobile first thing in the morning.
